Firstly, let me tell you how kind and helpful this wonderful seller is! They had protectively wrapped one of my charms elsewhere in the packaging and I couldn't find it and it got lost. They are helping me fix this issue ❤️❤️ this is such a cute pen and comes with extra pen refills. It's so sparkly and says Sam's good girl, as I requested and I love it!
